1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored by a website in a user's browser or device, allowing information about browsing activity to be retrieved. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels.

2. Types of cookies

Cookies may be first-party or third-party and may be session or persistent cookies. This website uses:

  • Technical or strictly necessary cookies: enable navigation, security, forms and storage of the user's consent choice. Consent is not required where they are essential to provide a service expressly requested by the user.
  • Analytics cookies: enable aggregated measurement and improvement of the website. They are activated only with the user's consent.

We do not use behavioural advertising cookies or create advertising profiles unless this policy is updated and the relevant prior consent is obtained.

4. Legal basis

Technical cookies are used because they are necessary to provide the requested service and secure the website. Analytics cookies rely on consent. Google Analytics is blocked by default and loads only when the tracking and performance category is accepted. Refusal does not prevent browsing.

5. Third parties and international transfers

Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Limited and may involve processing by Google LLC in the United States. Google states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, other appropriate safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses cookies.

6. Accepting, rejecting or withdrawing consent

On the first visit, the banner allows users to accept, reject or configure non-essential cookies. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Cookies may also be deleted or blocked in browser settings. Blocking technical cookies may affect certain functions.

7. Your rights

Where personal data is processed, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@finquesmidor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates

We may amend this policy following legal, technical or service changes. If changes affect consented purposes, consent will be requested again.
